Didn't receive order confirmation or shipment tracking?

Every order automatically generates a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your inbox as well as your spam/junk folder in case it was filtered.

It’s also possible that an incorrect email address was entered during checkout. If so, simply provide us with the name and phone number used for the order, and we’ll resend the confirmation within one business day.

For tracking information: if your order includes a pre-order item, the tracking details will be sent once the item is restocked and shipped.

 

Why did my online payment fail?

Common reasons for declined payments include:

  1. Insufficient funds on the card or credit account.
  2. Incorrect billing address (it must match your card’s registered address).
  3. Per-transaction limits set by your bank/PayPal that are lower than the checkout total.
  4. Alternative option: If you continue to experience issues, we recommend checking with your card issuer or using alternative options to complete your order.

Payment options:

For bulk purchase, we accept ACH bank transfers and checks upon request. We will process your request within a working day. Please email support@holzoffer.com with:

  1. Your preferred payment method (ACH or Check)
  2. Product name and quantity
  3. Shipping and billing addresses
  4. Consignee phone number

Once we confirm your order, we'll email you an order confirmation. Then start shipping your order. Thank you for your understanding!
