Didn't receive order confirmation or shipment tracking?
Every order automatically generates a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your inbox as well as your spam/junk folder in case it was filtered. It’s also possible that an incorrect email address was entered during checkout. If so, simply provide us with the name and phone number used for the order, and we’ll resend the confirmation within one business day.
For tracking information: if your order includes a pre-order item, the tracking details will be sent once the item is restocked and shipped.
