Shipping Eligibility

  • Detailed Address Required: Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Orders with P.O. Box addresses will be canceled without notice.
  • Shipping is available only to U.S. addresses.

Shipping Fees - For Regular Items

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders under $99 incur a flat shipping fee of $9.99.

Shipping Fees - For Extra Heavy Items

  • LTL Shipping Rate: The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. If you want to buy these extra heavy items in bulk, we suggest you request a quote before purchasing. Email your quote request to support@holzoffer.com

Processing Time

  • Orders typically take 1–3 business days to be processed and prepared for shipping by our warehouse staff.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Orders will be shipped our from the warehouse based in California. We offer two shipping methods based on the size and nature of your order.

  1. Ground Shipping:
    • Suitable for regular-sized items.
    • Delivery time: 5 business days.
  2. LTL/TL Freight Service:
    • Used for bulk purchases or extra heavy items.
    • Delivery time: 7–14 business days.
  3. Your shipment may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as national holidays, extreme weather, carrier or customs delays, stock shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
  • If you do not see the tracking email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.

Address Changes and Cancellations

  • Contact us immediately at support@holzoffer.com if you need to:
    • Change your shipping address.
    • Cancel your order.
  • Please note that changes or cancellations may incur additional costs if the order has already been processed or shipped.
