1. Do I need to pay the shipping fee?

Free Shipping on orders of $99.

If less than $99, need to pay a shipping fee of $9.99.


2. What is the processing time?

It normally takes 3 days for our Chinese warehouse staff to hand orders(excluding weekends and holidays).

We will arrange shipping to you in 7 business days.

3. What's the shipping time?

We have 2 shipping methods, standard shipping & FedEx/UPS.

Standard Shipping Time: 7-15 days. Free Shipping on orders of $100. If less than $99, need to pay a shipping fee of $9.99.

FedEx/UPS Shipping Time: 3-7 days. Free Shipping on orders of $100. If less than $99, need to pay a shipping fee of $9.99.

If you order Pre Sale Products, it will take 1-2 months to produce.

4. Do I need to pay for taxes/duties?

All prices labeled at our site do not include duties and taxes. Customs Policies widely vary in different countries. We will charge the taxes according to the local policies.

5. How to track my order?

All orders will be processed after full payment is received. A tracking number will be sent to your email once it ships out.
