Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return due to their personalized nature.
  • Items eligible for return must:
    • Be unused and in their original condition as received.
    • Include all original packaging.
    • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Quality-related issues: Returns due to quality problems are eligible for free return shipping, which will be covered by Holzoffer.
  • Non-quality-related reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong address): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return an Item

    • Email our Customer Service team at support@holzoffer.com to initiate the return process. Please provide:
      • Your order number
      • Photos of the labels on the package
      • Photos or videos of the product (if there are quality issues)
    • Check your spam folder if you do not see our reply.
  2. Inspection and Approval

    • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
    • If Holzoffer is covering the return cost, we will issue a return label via email.
  3. Ship the Item

    • Return the item using the original packaging and notify us once the item has been shipped.
  4. Processing Your Return

    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Policy

Refund Timeline

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refund Exceptions

  • Shipping Issues: If the shipping courier encounters issues with delivery, we recommend contacting them directly. Holzoffer is not responsible for courier-related problems and will not issue refunds or resend orders.

Non-refundable Situations

  • Incorrect contact information or shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Failure to respond to the courier via email or phone.
  • Refusal to accept or sign for the delivery.

Non-refundable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Items showing clear signs of use.
  • Items not returned in original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

Partial Refunds
