Holzoffer One-Year Warranty
At Holzoffer, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our one-year limited warranty guarantees that your purchase is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting from the date of order. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is valid for one year.
1. What is Covered Under the Warranty?
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use as described in the accompanying product documentation. If your product is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. We may replace your product with a new or reconditioned one, or a prior revision of the product. If repair or replacement is not feasible, we will offer a refund for the original purchase amount.
2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or neglect: Including acts of God, overloading, or exceeding weight capacity.
- Unauthorized modifications: Any product that has been altered, modified, or serviced by anyone other than Holzoffer.
- Improper installation or maintenance: Any damages caused by improper assembly, installation, or failure to follow the product instructions.
- Shipping damages: Unless caused by inadequate packaging by Holzoffer.
- Normal wear and tear: This includes damage caused by regular use, like fading or minor abrasions.
- Items outside the USA: Products purchased outside the United States are not covered by this warranty.
- Missing warranty stickers or altered serial numbers.
3. Warranty Claims Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact Holzoffer: Please contact our customer support team at support@holzoffer.com with your order number, photo of the product, and details about the issue with your product.
- Obtain Return Authorization: If your product is eligible for warranty coverage, we will issue a Return Authorization number and provide shipping instructions.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us. Holzoffer will cover the return shipping for repaired or replaced products within the U.S. If you are located outside of the U.S., you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If your warranty claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the product, or issue a refund if repair/replacement is not possible.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our warranty covers only the repair or replacement of defective products. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of business, or loss of profits, even if Holzoffer was advised of the possibility of such damages.
The total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations or exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
Except as expressly set forth in this warranty, Holzoffer makes no other warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the product will meet your expectations or operate without failure. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Holzoffer.
6. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
For U.S. purchases, this warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
