Versatile Roof Access
This roof hatch provides a 30" x 36" opening, ideal for safe and convenient access to roof areas. It features a 12" high curb and a 3" mounting flange with pre-drilled holes for easy installation. Comes with expansion bolts for securely fastening the frame to the roof deck.

Rugged, Weather-Resistant Structure
Constructed from heavy-duty 14-gauge (2mm) galvanized steel, both the cover and frame offer exceptional load-bearing capacity and long-term durability. Engineered to withstand harsh weather and repeated use in demanding environments.

Protective Finish
Coated with a waterproof, anti-corrosion finish to resist rust and oxidation, making it ideal for long-term outdoor exposure.

Enhanced Sealing and Security

  • Gasket: An extruded EPDM rubber gasket is permanently bonded to the cover to ensure a weather-tight seal.

  • Latch: Slam latch design with both interior and exterior turn handles, plus padlock hasps for added security.

Smooth Operation & Safety Features

  • Lift Assistance: Built-in compression spring operators enclosed in telescopic tubes provide smooth and controlled opening.

  • Hold-Open Arm: Automatic hold-open arm with grip handle release keeps the hatch securely open during use.

  • Hydraulic Support Rods: Two high-quality gas struts assist with easy opening and closing of the cover.
