This roof hatch provides a 31.9" x 33" opening, ideal for safe and convenient access to roof areas. It features a 12.7" high curb and a 3.75" mounting flange with pre-drilled holes for easy installation. Comes with expansion bolts for securely fastening the frame to the roof deck.

Constructed from heavy-duty 14-gauge (2mm) galvanized steel, both the cover and frame offer exceptional load-bearing capacity and long-term durability. Engineered to withstand harsh weather and repeated use in demanding environments.
